You will be joining our Product team in a role that offers autonomy, responsibility, and the opportunity to make an impact from day one with unique opportunities to grow and develop your career. We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer who is passionate about creating and managing product documentation through close collaboration with Tech, Marketing and Customer Success. You'll play a pivotal role in constructing an outstanding educational journey for our users. This role is designed for a proactive, creative, and technically adept individual eager to play a transformative role in our Product team. What you will be doing

• Own the documentation tooling and hold our internal teams to standards of writing appropriate content for our users, elevating the experience for developers, data scientists, customers and community members engaging with our content 
• Write compelling technical materials, including documentation, blogs, articles, and guides, ensuring they're engaging, accurate, and accessible
• Work in tandem with internal teams to ensure our developer/data scientist messaging is consistent and impactful

What you will bring to the team

• A strong background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. You should be comfortable with complex technical concepts and able to convey them clearly and concisely
• Demonstrated experience in creating top-tier technical documentation and educational content. Your portfolio should reflect your ability to break down complex topics into user-friendly content
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. You should be able to create visual aids like diagrams and charts to complement your written content
• Familiarity with software version control, preferably git-based workflows, and a solid grasp of the technical landscape you'll be documenting

Bonus points for having

• A track record of creating engaging educational content such as blogs, and sample code
• Prior involvement in customer-focused Developer Relations, Technical Writing, Solutions Engineering, Software Development or Customer Success Engineering roles
• Experience with Kubernetes, Cloud Native tooling, Data Science, or Machine Learning
• Active participation in or contributions to customer-focused communities or projects, especially those aligned with our technical domain
